Of course the easiest way is a direct LAN cable bertween your TV and Router On your Samsung TV, go to Network Settings and look for your router in the wireless list. Select you router and if password protected enter the password. Also you can use the WPS connection method by selecting that on the TV and pressing the WPS button on the router (usually within a 2 minute time fame).
Another trick is to enable the Guest Mode on you router with no password (this only gives internet access). Then connect in the same manner as above but you will not need a password from the TV.
This could be many things. Are you using an Ethernet cable from the router to TV or is it wireless??? Im guessing wireless right??
The router is either too slow or too far away from your Tv. Try moving your wireless router to a location closer to your Tv. If that isn't possible, you could buy a faster router. I'm not sure what router you have, so google it and see if it's outdated. Some of the newer routers are much faster than the old ones and will stream Netflix perfectly.
Also check with Samsung (online) to see if there is a firmware update for your model of TV. The firmware is the software that runs the "smart" portion of your tv. If it's outdated it could cause bugs like lagging Netflix.
Hi, commonly these TVs use a network cable for connecting to Internet through a router, another TVs are wireless enabled, in this case you need a WiFi router to get Internet in your smart TV. The process is similar as you connect a computer to Internet but the keyboard of your TV is the remote control, some smart TVs can work with standard wireless keyboards and mices to surf Internet as with a computer.
Does the TV, you didn't supply the Make, Model, have a Wireless Adapter? Connect the Belkin, you didn't supply the Model, to the ISP modem, connect a Ethernet cable.
