Weber sells conversion kits. Basically, you need a new regulator and manifold to accommodate LP instead of the existing regulator/manifold setup for natural gas. Unfortunately, Weber does not sell their parts online. Their parts phone # is: 877-731-8081

Most dealers I've asked and Weber hotline say conversion of a new natural gas - Genesis in our case - is not possible and/or could be dangerous. Are there kits out there that might do this safely?

Weber no longer offers or support conversion kits. If you do any conversion it will VOID you warranty!

That said, if you can find the parts online for the LP version of your grill you can convert it yourself if you are mechanically inclined.

You will need to change the JETS and the GAS REGULATOR. Unfortunately they do not sell official Weber Gas Jets alone. You will have to buy the complete LP Manifold, valves and all as well as the Regulator...

Make sure you are comfortable with all of this... Leak testing etc...

You may have luck finding parts at:

It looks like you can get either the propane version for around $400 in black, or the natural gas version in stainless steel for $469. Their more expensive grills like the Genesis E310 comes in both fuel types - but typically the natural gas version runs about $20 or $30 more.

Congratulations on wining the grill! However, Weber makes this model in both Natural Gas & Propane, but they can not be converted from one gas type to another. There is no conversion kit available (please see Owners Manual link below). If the grill is unassembled and still in the box, you could always sell it on Ebay or Craig's List and make enough to buy a new propane model. Or you could try trading it for a propane model, with a Weber dealer.

Wish I had better news for you, but it is what it is.

In reference to Solution 1. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions section on the Weber Grill website. Copy & paste the link into your web browser. I point this out for safety sake, as former Weber dealer. http://help.weber.com/faqs.aspx#Charcoal...

Converting a natural gas Webber genesis bbq to propane. Can you buy a kit to convert?

Hello, Kevin -

Do you mean a Weber (not Webber) Genisis grill? If so . . . see the information from the Weber grill company regarding the conversion of a natural gas grill to propane here:

https://consumer-care.weber.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001730474-How-can-I-convert-my-grill-from-liquid-propane-LP-to-natural-gas-NG-or-vice-versa-

Bottom line:
The Weber company does not recommend it and does not provide a conversion kit.

Best wishes.

I have a new PinnacleTG560N natural gas BBQ and I want to convert it to propane, what can I do, or can I get a converion kit to make this work.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do. According to Weber, there are no conversion kits, as your grill is not convertible to propane. Like wise, a Weber propane grill is not convertible to natural gas.

Link to your Owners Manual (see page 2 - Warnings):

Where do i find propane to natural gas conversion kit for weber spirit e310 gril

Apparently, Weber does not make a conversion kit to convert the grill from propane or from natural gas to propane. According to the Owners Manual - "Liquid propane gas is not natural gas. The conversion or attempted use of natural gas in a liquid propane unit or liquid propane
gas in a natural gas unit is dangerous and will void your warranty." (From Page # 3 of the Owners Manual)

Converting Weber from LP to Natural Gas

On the weber model you need to purchase the natural gas model. It will cost you alot more to buy all parts needed to convert. Weber doesnt want you to convert do to safety reasons. This is why they will only tell you you can't convert. Buy the right grill and save yourself a headache.
