I have a kipor disel generator set model is kde14sta, having an error code of p2? but i dont have the operations manaul, plz let me know how to resolve the problem?

Other than the P2 error... have you done any troubleshooting at all? I.e. measured voltage at the outlets. Checked the DC excitation voltage? Inspected inside the control panel? I can help to an extent but without a wiring diagram it is difficult. Is this a brushless genset or inverter type?

Hi,
I just guessing here but it could mean that the oil pressure is too low.
I'd check the oil level first, then look for the oil pressure switch and temporarily disconnect it.

Hi,

Usually when errors come up, you can reference the product manual to find out the specific meaning of your error. So, please do this first. If you don't have the manual, please call the manufacturer of your product (ie Kipor) in order to gain information of the meaning. In the mean time, I would advise to shut down the generator or at least use a air volatility detector until you determine the meaning of the error.
