Hi this is sanjay , i'm having 1 GB micro sd memory card for my mobile nokia 5300 ..... and it is password protected ... bit actually i have forgotton the password and now i'm using another phone ... in other phone the memory card is not openinng its asking for password .... i have tried also by connecting the data cable but in nokia pc suite its showing that there is no memory card ...., i had also tried thru card reader's but its not opening ./... is there any solution to unlock this card without losing the data in memory card ... plz help me out ........

I have a micro SD 1GB card that i got along with the Nokia 5610 (music express). I sold the phone but kept the card. However i cannot use the card in any other phone since it asks for a password. Is there a way round this?? I do not want to lose the data? I have photos, music and videos?? I am now using a SAMSUNG star??

Hey guys i had same problem, i could not delet passward but i got all My data (stuff) through installing a software named, File recovery for sd. if u wanna install this link is given.

One thing more that u should put ur card in nokia phone eg 5130. you will have to install pc suite as well. having done all this just go to option Data Cable and select Data storage.
Then other work is done through That software.

1. First Install FExplorer in your phone memory.
2. Get to drive C: , you will find a file called mmcstore
3. Send it to your pc directly and open it in notepad or rename the file.
4. At the end of the file you will find your password.

i have a micro SD 512 MB card that i got along with the Nokia 5200. However i cannot use the card in any phone and card reader detect it very slow but cannot show the memory space. the memory card haven't broken its physically well.
