sc546 is a fuser temperature detect error. One or both of the thermistors most likely need to be cleaned or replaced, but you will have to go into service mode to reset the code once you do that. You should contact your local service technician or Gestetner dealer, as they can easily fix that problem.
Try to go into service mode to reset the code...

then press and hold the red stop botton till the display changes and then turn the main Power switch Off then back ON... You do not have to do any thing in service mode, just get to that display.... Don't change anything unless you know what you are doing. sc546 has to do with the fixing unit. You may be able to reset it.
The Fuser Thermister is not working properly. The Fuser may need to be replaced or the two Thermisters need to be replaced on the fuser. This is what the code is calling for. A local Ricoh tech should have these parts. Hope this helped!
