SOURCE: Trying to copy something and this error 2200 pops up and states refer to user guide

Hi
This is a scanner lock issue. You may try the following:

Power off the All-In-One (AIO) off and remove the power supply from the back of the unit. Wait 30 seconds. Then reinsert the power supply and power the AIO on.

Try a test scan now. If the error reoccurs, then try the below:

Power off the AIO and remove the power supply from the back of the unit. Open the scanner cover and check the scanner glass for cracks and the scanner casing for cracks. Close the scanner lid.
Open the top cover of the AIO and using the carrier belt, move the cartridge carrier to the middle of the unit. Remove both cartridges, close the top cover, reinsert the power supply, and power the AIO on.

If the error still occurs, you may insert the cartridges one at a time and re-check..

hope the above info is of use to you.. try out..!!

I have a new HP M3035xs MFP printer. How do I enlarge / reduce a picture? I do not have a manual

If you are copying using the scanner then you place our docuemnt on the glass or in the adf (glass recommended for pictures) then press the copy icon in the touch panel. From there you are given options for your copy job. There is a down arrow on that screen that gives you more options is the reduce/enlarge icon is not on the first page. You can download user manuals from HP's website. www.hp.com then click on drivers/downloads at the top of the screen.

How to reduce the size of a color copy?

You will want to press the MENU button on your printer until the Change Copy Settings item appears. You will then scroll through that menu using the left and right arrows on your menu panel until you see the ENLARGE/REDUCE menu choice. This will give you 3 choices to enlarge or reduce your copy. There are Preset Ratio, ZOOM, or Fit To Page.

Preset Ratio has 2 different sizes you can choose.
Zoom allows you to choose from 25% to 400%.
Fit To Page will automatically scan your image and then fir it to the size of page you have chosen to load into your printer.

If you haven't already done so you can go to the following webpage:
http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp210#BrochuresAndManuals
Choose the MP210 series On-screen Manual (Windows 7/7 x64/Vista/Vista64/XP/XP x64/2000), the actual link is called "mp210sosmwin110us.exe". Clicking on that link will allow you to download the file to your desktop. Then double-click the icon and your manual will automatically unpack and install itself. You will then see an icon on your desktop called MP210 series On-screen Manual. Double-click this to load the actual manual. Then choose User Guide. When the User Guide loads choose Changing the Copy Settings under the Copying heading on the left hand side. You can then see a detailed description of the information I gave you in this answer.

This should let you do your adjustment but if not please let us know. Thank you for the opportunity to assist you in resolving your issue.

Reducing/enlarging on Canon MP 160

The only option I see that comes close to this is the "fit to page" option described on page 35 in the manual. Apparently, it detects the size of the original and enlarges it to fit on the paper size selected. Otherwise, I see no options for enlarging or reducing while copying.
