Turn off and remove the ink cartridge from the printer and open the screws at the back side of the printer. you may have pieces of paper that might have got jammed before... remove those wastes and connect everything back...
It should work...

My deskjet D4160 will print the diagnostic page with 11 69961 error codes. It won't print anything else and the jobs get stuck in queue. The resume light is flashing constantly

Pending on queque cannot be deleted

You might have to turn off the printer and turn it on again. If you cannot cancel print jobs in the queue, then your next step would be to shut down the computer and restart. The last resort would be to delete the printer and reinstall it.
