6S APPLE PHONE HOW DO YOU DELETE A NUMBER?? TRYING TO MAKE MORE SPACE

To delete a number, go to the number in Contacts, then press Edit, then scroll to number you want to delete. There will be a little red symbol next to it, press this and the number will be deleted.

Another option is to scroll the bottom of the screen and it will give you the option to delete the entire contact

Deleting a phone number will free almost very little space. If you need more space on your phone, try deleting apps you no longer use, or plug the iPhone into a computer and move some photos from the phone to the computer.

This will give you much more space than deleting a number.

How exactly do you delete numbers on a cordless phone

Remove the battery over night & leave phone off Base stand if you want to delete ALL numbers (I'd unplug the phone line too to be sure in case your phone base has a memory chip, some do). To remove one or more numbers, Left click main button to bring up the phone list, bottom click to highlight the number you want to delete, click on SEL, then select Delete & press SEL again.

Retrieve a deleted phone number

If you delete the number in your phone phone book and you use SIM card then there is nothing to worry, just retrieve it from your SIM but if it is in your main phone memory then only one lucky way is check your recent call history to see the delete number is still there or check on call out numbers and received numbers. Only those areas which you may be able to retrieve. Good Luck
