You can not get rid of them. Take your tablet back to the stores, it has broken pixels, meaning that their are dead spots on your screen or a loose connection.
That's typical of a loose connection or faulty LCD cable, thankfully both options are cheap *IF* you know what your doing. I'd have an experienced person re-seat the cable on both the motherboard and LCD panel, if you still notice the issue it may be time to replace the LCD screen (which could/would be very costly if done at a professionals)
Short of replacement of the screen there is no getting rid of it==in some rare cases I have seen a signal generator with a solid white field connected to a set for a long period of time burn the screen on purpose--so entire area is burnt equally.
one has nothing to do with the other.but to get rid of the cannot connect to dhcp gotouser toolson the top u will see a few tabs.. select the network tab.one of the options will be ip . select it and select specify.then press ok and exit user tools. that will get rid of the cannot connect error.but again it has nothing to do with the faxing
ur Touch panel or in other word Digitizer is faulty try getting it replaced it is around 60 or 70 $ , if u dont want to spend money right now and just want to get rid of this screen alignment process just google 'bypass screen alignment ' there is a utility for that just connect ur pda using usb cable and bypass this process but u will not gett correct response when u touch the screen u will get mis aligned response if u want to get rid of this u have to spent money on hardware replacement
