Hi, You need uninstall first software driver of HP PHOTOSMART PLUS AIO PRINTER B209A PHOTOSMART PLUS AIO PRINTER B209A All-In-One. and Then reboot your PC. then install again software driver for that printer select English language version.

- type region and language
- on format tab, change format to english (united states) and click apply below
- next is, go to keyboads and languages tab and click change keyboard
- under text services and input languages general tab
- under default langauge select english united states

you need to download from hp website english rom image
and you need to change first 3 bytes ins,de rom image with hex editor
when you open rom image with hex editor you can see first 3 bytes ENG means English language and your device have Korean language KOR so you need to change first 3 bytes orginal English language to KOR and save it and update your device rom image via USB
Look for the firmware with Korean and other languages like English and others. Better would be if you take it to the service center as they are likely to have web address of Korean sites.
