You are not the first to complain about this today. This is a general problem at the moment,so don't fret........

The error code as to do with a network/server problem........

Usually, when PSN server is down, it makes this type of error to occur. I believe they are working on the servers.

There is no easy fix to this, you just have to wait for an unknown amount of time till the network server comes back again.

You can reset your network and try again. Or If you have a friend that uses PS, check if that of your friend has this same error...........

Don't worry! The problem is not at your end.

This error is because playstation network is down. There is nothing you can do but wait until the server comes back online.
