Have 2006 GMC Canyon Reg Cab, 5 cylinder. Will be traveling across country with approx 1000 lbs in bed. Tires are Hankook listed at 1874 lbs 44psi max. Recommended tire pressure on door is 33psi cold. What should recommended tire pressure be with this load. My weight and wifes weight will be approximately 325 lbs. Thank you

The load rating on the tire is per tire.33 psi will be fine, but for some added fuel savings I would air them up to the 44 psi in the rear.Don't for get to let them down when you remove your load or you will get center tire ware.

2006 gmc canyon rear brake line plug from master cylinder size thread ?

You mean the brake line flare nuts on the end of the lines? I see nothing that looks like a 'plug'. You buy the lines ready made or you have them made a garage, using a brake line flare tool set. eBay sells them ready made.

2006 GMC Canyon manuel transmission. When the clutch is fully engaged, there is a high pitch grinding noise. It is also hard to get into gear. What could this be?

What it sounds like is that your pilot bearing has gone out, and that could be causing the high pitch grinding noise and when the gears are hard to shift that is a tale tale sign of a bad/weak pressure plate and or master cylinder. I would recommend changing out the clutch, pilot bearing, pressure plate, slave cylinder and having the flywheel resurfaced.

2006 F-150 Exceptionally stiff ride. Bought truck used. Can feel ever crack in pavement. It's like riding a hardtail. Front end shudders with every bump. Truck is approx 2" taller than other identical...

A few things contribute to the stiff ride: 1. Tires and tire pressure... if you're running 50psi or above...that will contribute. If you aren't carrying loads, keep the tire pressure at the bottom of the recommended range. 2. aftermarket additions to the suspension- if you can contact the previous owner, you may want to ask. ei: helper springs, lift kits, special shocks 3. Empty truck bed will emphasize the bumps. Put a little ballast in the bed of your truck. I've kept sand bags or tool boxes in mine to soften the blows...
