Hello,
The actual center amplifier went out? Ouch, those cost but I found one for sale. http://robbreport.com/MX150-AV-Control-Center Phone number for contact is on the page.

Tony

Connect front the sub out (single) on the amp to one of the rca inputs on the sub, This will work reasonably well but to make the most from the sub buy a 2 rca to 1 rca cable and use it to connect both rca inputs on the sub to the single output on the amp
all you need is an 8 ohm subwoofer or a Dual Voice Coil (DVC) 4 ohm subwoofer wired in series that can handle 120 Watts rms. I Went with a Rockford Fosgate Punch P1 P1S812 12-Inch 150-Watt Subwoofer - 8 Ohm it was only $35 from amazon and is probably nicer quality than the original driver. Good Luck
It is NEVER a good idea to increase the values of fuses . Chances are you have internally damaged your amp. The next time you are faced with this problem you need to find out why your amp is blowing fuses and not keep changing the value of the fuse.
Well, see your issue will be taking the trim out. The most of it has brackets that snap together and the amp that powers that subwoofer is very small. it will also be a single voice coil subwoofer and either an 8 or a 10. Need to find a very small rms subwoofer like a kicker comp. also a shallow enough subwoofer to fit in the space. the lower the rms of the new sub the more likely it will be shallower. you're probly gonna be wanting to look for a sub that is like 150 rms and no more to be powered adequately.
