Depending on the OS you are running, will determine which driver to download and install. Go to this link and download the correct driver. Uninstall the printer completely prior to installing the driver to make sure you get rid of the incorrect driver from the previous install.

I had that same problem, when I used Generic INK.
Replace the cartridges with Genuine Epson Ink,
and then ran fine.

Weird eh?
