the video you downloaded is in FLV format, so you will be need an FLV to Mp4 converter.

I will recommend Pazera video converter, that's what I use and its very good. visit the below link and download the converter from there.

Firstly, convert the with FLV to AVI or MPEG then convert from AVI or MPEG to MP4.

You need to download the USB driver  in other to download music from PC to your mobile.

Download the file and extract the file using Winrar.

Install the driver first and then plug your mobile to the system using the USB Cable.

Now your system will recognise your Mobile and you can copy mp3's and paste it in the memory card.

As far as I am aware when you sync a mobile to pc all you are doing is copying names and addresses and numbers from mobile to pc and vise versa, you are not transfering mp3s or anything else as such, for this you have to use the LG Suite software that came with your mobile or simply drag and drop the files to the sd card that you have in the mobile, obviously you have to be able to use the sd card in a laptop or pc card reader to do this and not the data cable that you use that came with the mobile. The drag and drop method is far easier, well I think so.

first ul hav to download the itunes software frm the internet or the cd provided to u..after that ul just have to import the music files to the itunes. then connect ur mobile and load music frm ur itunes file to the mobile...if u have any doubts keep me updated..will b glad to help
