How do i change the battery of a Bulova 96L37 watch

1. Take the watch off your wrist and turn the watch so that the back of the watch is facing up.

2. Use a watch case opener or a small flathead screwdriver to remove the back of the watch.

3. Carefully take out the old battery and discard it properly.

4. Insert the new battery, making sure the plus and minus signs line up with the corresponding symbols in the watch.

5. Securely close the back of the watch.

6. Put the watch back on your wrist and you're done.

What do the numbers C837317 on the back of my ladies Bulova watch mean? The watch looks similar to the Bulova 98R98.

On the back are the specific "case" number. The numbers on the dial below the 6 o-clock position are the "model" number.

I NEED TO KNOW YEAR OF BULOVA LADIES WRIST WATCH ITS 10 KT AND I HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER z78782. it has bulova ms on back

A Bulova "M5" code would indicate that the watch was made in 1965. Vintage Bulova watches can be dated by this little alphanumeric code:

Lx = 195x Mx = 196x Nx = 197x Px = 198x Tx = 199x

Pre-1950 Bulova watches used a variety of symbols and numbers (e.g., 47 and 48 to designate 1947 and 1948) to show the model year of the watch. A chart of those symbols can be found here: http://www.manleyhorlogerie.com/Watch_History/bulova.htm#Bulova%20Date%20Codes

Looking for a user manual or instructions for the Bulova 96P114 ladies BVA mechanical.

If you put thr following link into your search engine http://www.bulova.com/brands/bulova/product.aspx?origin=sku&sku=96P114

You should arrive at the page that describes your watch which has a link to "user instructions" which you can download.

If you have any problems, go to Boluva.com, clivk on boluva and then on BVA. You can then enter your watch type and the details will appear.

Just replaced the battery on the Bulova Ladies bracelet watch. watch keeps stopping still.

If you have had your watch awhile, it probably needs a clean/oil/adjustment. FIne watches need regular mainentance just like a car. Take to a local watchmaker or send to following:
