Bit cheesed off. I have phoned the Sharps helpline & they cannot help me which seems a bit ridiculous. I have a Sharps XE-A203. The screen has told me I have a low battery so batteries were changed immediately. I am now left with an IPL message on screen which no-one seems to understand.
