Lexar 1GB SD Card cannot be read.

The memory card that came with the camera cannot be read.

i don't understand why. it was just working fine before. i took out the SD Card to upload it to my computer through it's digital media port [where you can just insert the SD card]. i have an hp pavillion zd7000A.

after i uploaded and deleted the pictures on the card, i attempted to put the card back in the camera and it won't even stay in.

someone help please?

I copied my pictures from SD card to laptop. I deleted the pics I didn't want and copied the saved ones back on the SD card. Put it in camera and it says Memory contains no images. I take it out of camera, put it in laptop, and they are all there. Why don't they show up in my camera?

I had the same problem. i dont know if this will work for yours, but what i did was when i had the card in the slot i pushed in it as far as i could with my finger nail and then it clicked right in.

Camera saying memory full but card brand new

Not only the size is important, the manual says SD max 2 GB.
But even a 1GB SDHC card won't work, because the camera is not compatible with SDHC and SDXC.
They used to make SD cards up to 4 GB, but most new cards from 1 GB and up are SDHC and above 32 GB the cards are SDXC. Older camera's can't handle these cards, although they look the same.

Refurbished digital cameras c330 and c315 are not reading Koday memory cards

C330 and C315 its compatible Only in 1GB SD card or maximum 2GB SD card. More than this it cant be recognized by the camera or to reformat it.

If your card is 1GB SD card still its now working it means the memory card slot of the camera is defective.

My computer can read the Lexar 1GB SD. But Kodak wont.

I suggest formatting the card using the utility in the camera. This will delete any data that is currently on the card.

What does error code 00400 mean

Moultrie told me they could not fix the camera. I removed the Lexar 512 SD card and re-ran the test. The test passed and the camera worked. I replaced the Lexar SD card with a Cannon SD card and reran the test. The test passed and the camera works. I put the Lexar SD card and got a 00400 error message. Change SD cards. It fixed the problem for me.

My memory card won't work in my camerakeeps telling me to format the Lexar 2GB card every time I insert it

Use the camera to format the SD card not your computer. There should be a menu option to format it.

My lexar memroy card reads ''this card is locked''

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

Camera read CF card, but cannot see on USB or other media

Hey jenmar63,
There are multiple photo recovery programs out there that usually do a fairly good job of recovering images off of memory cards. I would search the internet for photo recovery programs and you should get multiple results with some being free and some at a charge. I would try the free ones first since just because one program doesn't work doesn't mean another program won't. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan
