Also, may I know the Operating System the laptop has?
i had the messag during installation... it first said tat launch manager already exists... i continued installation anywayss.... then the error appeard... thnq u for ur quik responses...

I see. Thank you for keeping me posted. The easiest way we can fix this is to restore the computer settings back in time when you still have the said dialogue box. It can be achieved by performing a system restore. You can access it by going to the start button>All programs>accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Please select a soonest date when you think the issue isn't yet happened. Please keep me posted.
