Require an instruction leaflet as I have lost the other one and can't reset my watch.

Will any instructions serve, or do you have a particular make and model in mind?

Hi I was having a hard time with this too, but luckily I found my leaflet.

To set time:
Press Mode 1 time
Press Set 2 times/ press up or down for hour
Press Set again for minute
Continue Pressing Set (up to 6 times) until everything is set
Back to normal mode- Press Mode 4 times
To toggle between 12 hr and 24 hr, press Mode 1 time

To Set an Alarm:
Press Mode 2 times
Press Set 1 times for hour, continue pressing set like you did for the clock.
Back to normal mode Press Mode 3 times
To cancel Alarm Press Mode 2 times and Set 5 times

Go to the Boluva web site "boluva.com".

Select "boluva" from the display.

Select your watch.

Select "mens" or "ladies" as appropriate.

Enter the numbers or caliber and find instructions how to reset your watch.

Open your watch and find movement number. This must be pressed on movements plate. Upload full number here and I'll guide you further.

Hold down the adjust button (top right) and flick through with mode (bottom left) when you are done hit adjust again and it will take you to the next 'page' of settings. Same deal there. Use the top and bottom left buttons to change number up or down
