For a while I was not able to figure out how to turn the Jabra Halo headset on. What you need to do is unfold the headset and then push the hinged portion into itself, which will lock it in place so that it will no longer hinge for the time being.
if it doesnt have a cord on the end you cant hook it into the laptop but if you have a cord on the end look on both sides of yuour laptop and if you see a hole but it in there if it fits
Early GN9350 models are not compatible with Windows 7. The usb audio device driver for Windows 7 requires signed drivers, but the original GN9350's are not compatible as the drivers are hardcoded in the firmware.
I was able to confirm this with Jabra support. The option they offered me was to send in my existing unit and they would replace it with a new (likely refurbished) newer model for $110. I've sent it in as that is still a lot less thana new unit.
