No power even if I plug my DVD to power source

Hi,
Try changing the power source and connect it.Make sure the power cable is completely plugged into the power source.
If still can't turn on,take it to a repair shop and have the power cable replaced.

The battery it is dead,even u plug the dvd player power in directly into the power source.Must have the battery inside and the must have some juiced left before for the dvd player to work.Tries websites like Partstore.com,Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a new battery or a compatible one.

Reset your player. Press and hold the FF and RW buttons at the same time on the main unit itself for 5 secs. Afterwards, unplug the player from the power source and let it sit unplug for a minute. Plug it back in to the power source and turn it on.

If its still the same issue,I just want to inform you that your unit laready needs service for repair.

Your external DVD need extra power to play the DVD. Plug the one USB plug to external power source.

The player charges, with or without playing a disc on it,

First step to charging your battery is having it plugged without playing it for a while.

There should be a light that comes on when you plug it to a power source.

When it is full, there also is another light that comes on to signify it is full.

You can also charge it while playing a DVD on it.

But if it does not charge when you plug it without playing a Disc on it, then there is a problem that need to be fixed on it.

test if the battery is charging.

1. plug the player to a power source for some time,
2. wait for some time for it to have charged very well,
3. unplug it from the power source,
4. test a disc on it to see if it will play.

if it does not play, then it means there is a problem.
which could be that the battery may be faulty.

All you have to do is to replace the battery and it will work perfectly fine again.

Try to discinnect CD/DVD driver also when you power on main cor dont instantly power on case, wait 5 minutes and then try. Such kid of failureas are causer by power adaptor system. Also try bios reset put off battery and wait 5 minutes to reset CMOS also power cord must be unpluged. Unplug and plug power sources to mainboard. then turn on.

You should take firt a voltimeter and test for 5 and 12 volts at power input to de HD,(pluged to the wall) as some times is the power with has been fried...if so test diodes first and transformers then (unpluged from the wall...) if not ok and you do not know how to fix the power source take it to an electronic shop and they will perform a standard repair as it is only a power source......
