You need to download the drivers for your crystal eye web cam. Go to this link: http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

When you get there, select "Notebook"...then select "Aspire". Then scroll down and select Aspire 5755 Then where you see "Operating System", select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows 7). It will then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down until you see the camera driver software and then download and reinstall it. Hopefully this will help...good luck.

I understand the eagle eye webcam is made by Zebronics. Looks like there are 2 types of these webcams, and you need to input your windows OS here:

You can download drivers directly from their website. Follow this link http://www.zebronics.net/driverdownloads.asp and just put in the details product, model and operating system and then click on the download. This definitly works on mine.
