My Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic won't charge!!!! I changed the battery,tried using different chargers. The phone is connected to the charger right now and the backlight turns on occasionally(every 10 seconds or so). Does that means its charging? If so for how long do i need to charge it? And when the phone is working,it loses its charge really fast. Please help. its really hard to get this thing to charge.

Use different charger. When charging leave the phone off. Fully charged after 4 hours.

Hi Friend,
As you have mentioned that you are not able to turn on,this may be due to the follow the reasons,

1.Kindly check the display,if there is a problem in the display you will face this kind of problems.So kindly change the display and check it out.

2.Try by doing a hard Reset as follows
a.Switch off the Mobile
b.Remove the simcard,battery and the memory card
c.Hold the Switch on/off button for 20 to 30 sec's
d.Now replace the sim card and the battery alone,switch on the mobile
e.After the mobile switches on now insert the memory card

Check and revert back

hi the only thing to do is to reset the phone to factory setting by pressing the green button the camera button and the on/off button simultaneously
