Go to <a href="http://www.fossil.com/en_US/shop/customer_care/static/fossil-customercare.html">http://www.fossil.com/en_US/shop/customer_care/static/fossil-customercare.html</a> and you will see "watch instructions", ckick on this for download of the instructions. They are generic instructions, so you need to scroll down to find the one that looks like yours and download the file.
You can get instructions by copying "http://www.fossil.com/en_US/shop/customer_care/static/fossil-Instructions.html" into your search engine and scrolling down the page to find Stark watches.
Choose the one that matches your watch and download.
hold the left, bottom button (marked ....) for a few seconds....then press the top right button (marked with 1 dot) to change between the hour, minute, date etc. use the bottom right button to advance the flashing number, and when finished setting time and date, use the bottom left button to stop the numbers flashing and return the watch to normal. hope this helps, this is also how to change the date for the other question asker (works on 2 other starck/fossil watches i have and i assume the controls are the same).
