In this case you can try a reset of your password using your email address for PayPal.

Point your web browser at https://www.paypal.com/ then click the "Log In" button in the upper-right.

If you've forgotten the email address you used, click the "?" inside the "Email address" box. If you've forgotten your password, click the "?" inside the "Password" box.

you must contact paypal. they will require you to send via fax a copy of your driver's license and they will unlock your account. due to the security problems they have all the time that is the only way.

If there's no balance or transaction with the forgotten account, you need not to worry, it'll automatically be deactivated after few months but your original/existing account will be functioning properly without any hindrance or obstruction. When an account is not active or transaction being done for several months, paypal will send you an email to your email address with the message describing about the deactivation of the account, if you don't take any action, it'll be deactivated.

It's better if you can at least remember the email address [Note: your username is your email address] of your account so that you can deactivate it yourself. But still you can try to close it using the "Forgotten your email address or password?" form.
To recover your email address and your your password, use this form...
Forgotten your email address? (you'll need to provide your name full name, zip code, phone number)
To reset your password use this form;
Forgotten your password? (you'll need to provide your email address)
After you retrieve your password or recover your email address, login to your paypal account, click "profile" and select "Close Account" from the options available, you'll be presented with a warning if you are sure or not, click yes and continue with it.

Hi,

Your Paypal account id is usually your e-mail address with which you registered your Paypal account. So, enter the email id and Paypal password in the login box or if you have forgotten the password, click on "Forgot your Password" link on the https://www.paypal.com page. You will then receive an email from Paypal with instructions to reset the password.

If you want to create a new account, click on the "Sign Up" link on https://www.paypal.com/ and select the account type and provide your details on the pages which open.

If you do not remember the email address registered on your account, PayPal will need to verify your identity by asking you a few questions. For security reasons, all the information you provide must match your PayPal account in order for us to reveal your email address.

To recover your email address, follow these steps:

1. Visit the PayPal website at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click the ‘email’ link under the ‘Log In’ button
3. Enter the requested information
4. Enter the security code by typing the letters and numbers shown then click ’Continue’
5. Click ‘Submit’

The email address matching the information you provide will appear in the email field on the ‘Account Login’ box. You can then log in to your PayPal account using the corresponding password.

If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘password’ link under the ‘Log In’ button and follow the instructions.


I no longer have access to the email address registered to my PayPal account

Even if you no longer have access to the email address, you must still enter this address to log in to your PayPal account as this is how the PayPal system recognises you. After you log in, you can change the email address then use the new one when you next log in to your account.

Maybe your account doesnt exist or you have forgotten your password. Try making a new paypal account. Maybe they have blocked you because you have stopped using it for a long time. Pm me if problem still persists.
