I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub 420. It shut down while making a copy earlier today and won't turn back on. I have tried unplugging and re-plugging in the power supply, using different outlets, and unplugging network cords and still no response. Nothing lights up on the Bizhub itself and I get no response no matter what I do. Could it be a faulty power cord or is it possibly something else?

Did you turn "ON" the Main power switch "ON"? Also, you have to press the power switch "ON" that is on the side of the control panel.

It could be an issue with the power supply unit as you get nothing light up on the machine
i would have it checked by a certified technician do not take panels off or try to fix this issue ytour self. you could check the sub switch this is located on the right side of the control panel also check to see if the front door contact switch is making correctly
