i have some tips for your question hope this helps

Automatic Activation of GPRS/MMS/WAP

Go to Menu -> Services -> WAP -> Settings -> Edit Profile
Select Sun WAP, Press Activate Profile and Save
Go to Menu -> Messages -> MMS -> Message Settings -> Server Profile
Select Sun MMS, Select Activate Profile and Save
For corporate accounts, fax a letter of request and ID of the authorized signatory to 395-0138. Approval and activation maybe slightly delayed.
Text "ACTIVATE" and send to 2300
If unable to activate,please call Sun Customer Hotline (200 on your mobile phone).

* If surfing or MMS sending does not work or results in an error, please proceed to the next step for manual setting.

Manual Activation of GPRS/MMS/WAP

Setup/Enable GPRS
Go to Menu -> Services -> Data Account -> GPRS
Select Sun GPRS
Account Name: "Sun GPRS"
APN: "wap"
Select SUN MMS
Account Name: "Sun MMS"
APN: "mms"
Exit and save settings

Setup/Enable MMS
Go to Menu -> Messages -> MMS -> Message Setting -> Server Profile
Select Sun MMS, Select Edit Profile
Rename Profile: "Sun MMS"
Homepage: "'http://www.mmscenter.suncellular.com.ph"
Data Account: "Sun MMS"
Connection Type: "HTTP"
Proxy Address: "202.138.159.078"
Proxy Port: "8080"
Select Activate Profile, Yes to activate profile

Setup/Enable WAP
Go to Menu -> Services -> Wap -> Settings -> Edit Profile
Select "Sun WAP", Select "Edit Profile"
Rename Profile: "Sun WAP"
Homepage: "http://www.suncellular.com.ph"
Data Account: "Sun GPRS"
Connection Type: Select "HTTP"
Proxy Address: "202.138.159.078"
Proxy Port: "8080"
Select Activate Profile, Yes to activate profile

The Settings will depend on the service provider you are using, there should be a number that you can send for a request of the GPRS setting on the phone you are using to be activated as well.... Call you mobile carrier/service provider for further details.

do you have GPRS settings to run internet into your phone? if not then ask the same to service provider. they will provide you the settings. once you get the settings you can install, active, run and surf the internet into your phone.

pls condact with which network connection you using..they can give u solution easily.. u have to call them by another phone .. because they will direct you how to add gprs manually.. if u call them same phone its too difficult to do. so make them call with another phone .ur network will be provide you communication with gprs experts..

First you tell your GPRS service provider to give you GPRS setting.You save setting.If your phone is Opera mini compatible, you can download it from your mobile browser m.operamini.com and install it when internet service is activated in your phone. Then call in customer care and ask them the GPRS Free Internet Pack and try to know all terms and regulation of that pack for example-validity of pack,howmany data you can use etc.If you think it's ok recharge it and enjoy. Donot apply short cut tricks because you will loose your ballance after some time.

How to use internet in nokia2730?
U can use internet in ur Nokia 2730 through GPRS settings. 1st call ur network operator to find out about the activation of gprs, if the service is activated then ask them to send u GPRS settings fot ur handset. When they send the settings via sms save them and then us can use internet with ur phone web or wap browser.

Pictures wont send or recieve
Do you have internet connection on your mobile ? If no , then here is what to do : you need to activate gprs packet data connection for your LG . To activate gprs , you need to call costumer care center of your operator for help . Maybe you are wondering now , what does that has to do with sending pictures . If gprs is not activated and your phone is not set correctly , then will not be able to send pictures over your phone .

Mms & GPRS problem
to send mms both the dender and receiver should activate GPRS, and the size of 1mms is 100KB and some wont support the files more than 100KB .
to activate GPRS you should have a minimum balance of Rs % in your account, check wheather the homepage address id ,IP adress,Access point name(APN),port no is correct or not.
if it is correct the clear cache and reinsert sim and try again.

No gprs settings from bsnl customer care for N73
hey there! thanks for using Fixya.com!!

I suggest that you should go to their office to set it manually. If they can't able to send you the over-the-air settings. Nokia N73 is GPRS capable, but I think it should be done manually.

Unknown letter in the display
'G' stands for GPRS. Just check if your GPRS is activated or not. It is shown only when GPRS service is active. You can deactivated it through contacting your cellular service provider.
