I have a frigidare stove model GLEF378ASE the oven will not turn off unpluged it to reset and pluge it back in and the ovn started heat again

gluehead Most likely it is a problem with the power supply. It suppose to come two hot (120V) lines to your range and looks like one of them is missing. I would reccomend you to call an electrician to check both circuit breakers and the power from the wall outlet. Gendos...post back

You can try turning the power off for a couple minutes then back on but this is typically caused by a stuck key or a faulty control board. Either way you're looking at needing a new control board.

is there voltage going to the erc (electronic range control)?

SOURCE: Stove top and oven will not heat

first check your voltage, and the pigtail connections at the stove, then check your elements inside the oven something has shorted

SOURCE: stove stays on and 30 min. later it starts beeping and F1 code

An F1 error code indicates a faulty keypad and /or ERC electronic control.
