install virtual box, a free virtual computer from oracle. It reserves disk space and runs a separate operating system, in a window on your desktop. Install virtual box, install windowsXP, install your software.

OK, I am curious how are you going to install a new graphics card without installing a new graphics card? "picking up and image from the CPU is there anything i can do to install a new PCI graphics card with out having too install the new graphics card"

You can install a different graphics card in the computer assuming you have an open expansion slot. If the Current Graphics card is actually installed in the AGP slot open the Main CPU unit and remove it then install the new card. If when you started the computer you saw anything on the screen, the DELL logo or Bios setup, the problem most likely is not the graphics card being bad but possibly that the settings in windows some how changed and it is set to something it can't support or the monitor has gone out. If it is the graphics card and it is built onto the motherboard you will have to install the new card and when the computer starts enter the Bios to change the BIOS settings to disable the on board card or it will give you problems with conflicting resources. Most graphics cards use the same resources so two cards in the same computer will conflict with each other and neither will work. I would test with a different monitor before replacing the graphics card.

You can use the same Outlook you bought providing you have the product key to install into the new computer. Most product keys can be used on more than one computer.

The driver is a set of "directions" which gives the hardware (in this case your printer) directions on what to do and when.
You can do it one of three ways.

1. Plug the printer into your computer and when new hardware is recognized by your computer, depending on the operating system, it will install the drivers stored in a Windows folder currently on your computer.
2. Plug the printer into your computer and when new hardware is recognized by your computer it will prompt you with a new window to install the drivers and then either direct the computer to find the drivers on your computer (if you have them in a file from a download) or on the Install CD and proceed to install them.
3. Insert install CD in the CD/DVD ROM and if it doesn't open on its own, click on MY COMPUTER then CD/DVD Drive (probably D or E drive) and click on install.
4. Reboot computer and all should be fine

Try to do this:
Uninstall all of this program and then re-boot the computer.

You should be able to re-install with the serial numbers provided.

If not, then you should call the company and get your information first hand, this may be what you would like to do first anyway.

You can lose information like this if you have re-installed Windows, or have had to install a new mother board or a hard drive, and some cards, all of wich requires to re-install some of Windows. In such a re-install, the information which is stored in Windows' folders will be overwritten with a new folder and new information.
