My htc is lockd it can make emergency calls only and i forgot my password

It says Emergency Calls means it locked to Network Lock,You need to Unlock it from Network Lock,You can get the Unlock code at

Does your HTC runs Android OS? If it does, and you have a "pattern lock screen" which you forgot, just try any pattern 5 times. If it doesn't work the next time you try to unlock it, it will prompt you with a "forgot pattern?" button which you can click, then follow the instructions to reset it.
It should be working with passwords, and pins as well.
