Give this a try , if it continues you will have to replace the fuser.

Performing a Fault Reset 14 will reset your copier and will help to clear error codes.

  1. Turn the power off.
  2. Locate the Clear Button, which is grey in color, in the upper right corner above the green Start Button.
  3. Locate the Auto Button the lower left corner of the Control Panel.
  4. Turn the power back on.
  5. Press the buttons in the following sequence, releasing each button after each time you press it: [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto]. Every light on the Control Panel should go out, and the error code should clear.
  6. If the error code has not cleared, wait a few seconds then repeat Steps 1 through 5.
  7. Program the copier as if you were going to make 14 copies.
  8. Press the green [Start] button to store the reset code. The copier will return to the ready position.
  9. Run a test copy

Hi!Can you help me resolving error code 092-315 for xerox7225?

Can you verify the error code? 092-315 does not appear in the error code site. See link below

How To Search for a Fault Code WC7220 / WC7225 Fault Code Page
To search on a fault code, enter one code at a time. The codes will be displayed on the Touch Screen.
Fault code format: A 3-digit number, followed by a 3-digit number. For example, 010-352.
Viewing Fault and Alert Messages on the Control Panel
When a fault or alert condition occurs, a message will be displayed on the Control Panel to inform you of the problem. Alert messages inform you about printer conditions, such as low supplies or open doors, that require your attention. Fault messages warn you about printer conditions that prevent the printer from printing or degrade printing performance. If more than one condition occurs, only one displays on the Control Panel.
To view a complete list of active fault and alert messages:
  1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel.
  2. Select the [Active Messages] tab.
  3. Use the Down arrow and select [Faults], [Alerts], or [Faults & Alerts].
  4. To view details, select a fault or alert.
Viewing the Fault History on the Control Panel
When faults occur, they are logged in to a fault history file by date, time, and fault code. Use this list to identify trends and resolve problems.
To view the fault history:
  1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel.
  2. Select the [Active Messages] tab.
  3. Select [Fault History]. The screen displays the number, date, time, and image count for each fault code.
The following table represents the system area as represented by the first 3-digits of the fault code:
Chain Description 303 Communications Error 305 Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF) 310 Fusing 312, 313 Finisher 371 - 375 Paper Tray Feed 377 Sensor / Interlock Fault 391 Drum Cartridge / Waste Toner

I HAVE A XEROX XC-830 COPIER AND THE FIRST INDICATOR LIGHT ON MY LEFT IS ON. THE COPIES ARE COMING OUT WITH BLACK LINE IN THE MIDDLE.

Sounds like copy cartridge is bad or old. Probably drum. If there's round symbol that's on, that's it....Drum.

I have a paper jamming in paper pick-up area.It dosen't make it past white plastic rlrs. Manual feed by-pass works fine .XC-830

The paper pick up rollers have lost their grip and need replaced, but I wouldn't put that much expense into fixing it. That xerox is a sharp in disguise, although supplies are not interchangeable the parts are. Common repairs for that machine is the gear on the fixing roller will break, to pick up tires dry rot and the heat lamp will blow. For the expense to fix it can almost buy a new one with more features and cost less to operate. The xerox supplies are very expensive.
Just use the by pass until something else goes wrong.
Good luck

Xc 830 problems

why not take the developer and drum units out of the skew copy one and put them in the other? At least that will tell you if dev/drum/toner is the problem.......
Skew copies on the other...look for torn corners of paper tight in the end of feed chutes etc, sometimes clearing a jam will leave a bit in there enough to slow down that side of the feed.If you can see any rollers make sure they are closed and parallel to each other and clean...
