from the bottom of the refrigerator is usually due to a faulty door or
gasket, a leaking drain pan, or a clogged defrost drain pan. I will advice you check these areas to fix the problem.

Your water inlet valve on the back where the water supply comes in is probably leaking. disconnect the water line coming out of it and see if you have a slow drip. Try the dispenser to see if it's just drips after use.
The most possible 2 reasons for this is the water control valve part number 4389177 or the thermostat inside the ice maker is not working. If ice maker is empty pour tap water until full and lower arm to see if the ice freezes and drops. If this works I would replace the water control valve. try checking the tube that water drains out , it could be plugged with crumbs or old partials of food and causing the problem, This has happened with my fridge at one time , affecting the defrost cycle of the freezer and dripping water out of the door, The tube was located under the crisper in the back of the inside of my fridge, Hope this solves your problem
I would check the water connection under the toe plate....follow the water line that comes out of the freezer door.. check if that is where your leak is coming from..
Either the water filter isn't seated properly or there is a crack in the tubing or the water line isn't seated properly in the coupling behind the grill at the freezer door. Also, inspect for breakage in the line in this area as well (coupling area).
