Brand new Lenovo K300 10021. Left click on mouse will not work when attempting to open a new tab or window in Internet Explorer. Downloaded all of the Windows updates, including Int Exp 9. Now opens tab/window, but it is blank white page? (Note: it did work the first time, but never again.) Does not work trying to right click and open in new tab or window either!

Try an external usb mouse. If that works then the issue is with your laptop and it qualifies for warranty repairs.

SOURCE: cannot open my D drive by double clicking but it shows the option open with note pad help

You drive has been infected by a virus. but I think you can still open it by not double click rather to right click on the D drive and choose explore from the menu.
But this not the solution save the files somewhere and work out on removing the virus.

SOURCE: Mouse clicks don't work

If System Restore fails, try to do a Rebuild OS installation. You don't have to wipe out anything and preserve all the user settings.

SOURCE: Cannot find server or DNS Error

Please try the following:

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
If your Network Administrator has enabled it, Microsoft Windows can examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings.
If you would like Windows to try and discover them,
click Detect Network Settings
Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

When I am on the internet it continually stops working and it says Internet Explorer has stopped working We are searching for a solution to the problem but nothing every happens and I have to close the...

This would be an issue within Internet Explorer. Best bet would be to reset Internet Explorer which is really easy to do. With Internet Explorer open click on tools in either the upper left or right corner. Then click Internet options. A new window should open with multiple tabs across the top. Click on the last tab which should be be advanced. Towards the very bottom of this page you would have either a reset or restore defaults button. Click this button which will reset Internet Explorer to it's original settings. You will not loose any of your favorites. If this does not fix the problem then you may need to update or reinstall Internet Explorer.

3. There are two most commonly use browser

INTERNET EXPLORER
FIREFOX

either of the two will do.

4. On the search tab: ex Yahoo!Search

type in the files or whatever you are looking for

Try to see if this file is downloadble or not

If yes just click in download then save it to the folder that you want, but most commonly it is save on the folder

c: Local drive
- program files
- download or temp. download

then wait until it is full downloaded

IF NOT then this more easiest way

if you where able the file,
Go to EDIT tab, (you can find on the upper left corner)
Choose select all
choose copy

then minimze the window
open your microsoft word doc.
then choose new
then PASTE it by right clicking the mouse

then save

normally that the way it goes,

some files are being filed as ZIP files, so you'll be needing ZIP.RAR software.

just download it as zip.rar free download and install

once you downloaded the files that you want to download and see it on the folder where you save it, you'll notice that the icon is look like a files of book colored icon, all you have to do is choose this icon and right click the mouse and choose the Extract here.. then it will be automatically open
