Can't retrieve prev. projects from gallery. Error message says "please verify that the correct path & file name are given". I can locate the file and export, then the thumbnail in the gallery is missing. I know I have a directory problem, but this program is not "friendly" to fixing. Can you help?

I don't have this exact program, but having used similar ones, here is my two cents worth:
In the app's header menu, look at each of the drop-down menus to find an option named Settings or similar.
In settings, there should be a user setting for default path for Saved files.
Quite often, the program's default is one of these 'examples':
C:\Program Files (x86)\CreateaCard\Saves\
C:\%homepath%\Documents\Createacard\
C:\%homepath%\appdata\

If you find this, you can simply edit the path to your preference then exit and reboot PC.
BAGCACP8 should then remember your settings.

Hope this helps you.
Clive.

Suretrak 3.0b: invalid path or file name when I try to save file as something else

The error message about invalid path is referring to a missing logo file. In the footer, or header, set Logo to None, or find the missing .bmp file and place it in your default SureTrak Clipart folder and re-browse to its location.

I have a dell pc, every time i drag a movie file to the portable drive, it says "Cannot find specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name." What am i suppose to do??

Make sure you are not dragging a "short-cut" file - this is not the actual file. Locate the actual file and try that - verify it's the actual file by reading the properties extension such as ".mpg".

Error to compile java program

The main cause of this error is you havent set the environment variables correctly, you can do it as follows

Right click on "My Computers" select properties the click "Environment variables" then under "User variables for pcname"

select new and add the following paths

1)var name:path
var value:C:\Java\jdk1.5\bin

2)var name:classpath
var value:C:\YourJavaCodeDirName

click ok and its done

HI

Have you move the file or ever tried to delete them.

Have you create new User Profile on Window and paste the Shortcut icon there? Since it may be a reason why you getting the error messages.

So first locate the correct path to the shortcut and then try to open it.

I have a 4GB GO and when I try to transfer photos it States the "Path is too deep" what does this mean? I also transfer one photo at a time but it miss some of them with the same quote.

This site offers an explanation.. Might help.. Also, whats the file name? If it's too long, it might cause problems.. Or if the number of recursive folders is too many.. Try creating a new folder, just under the root of the drive and make the file names no longer than 10 digits long.. Like mysister.jpg or whatever.. Not something like 0098482829200101010.jpg - Also be sure the ext. is just bmp or jpg or whatever.. Must be correct. Good luck.
