Hello
Your Samsung HT-C350 is paretial locked. You have to unlock it. If you have forgotten the passcode, do these.
There is no no dic inside I thinks. If there is a disc inside, remove it by by anyway opening the device. If there is a disc inside, the player will show its contents and you can confirm it.

Press and hold STOP button on the remote control for 5 seconds or more. All the settigns will revert to Factory Settings.
OK.

Actually, while I was trying to find a way to avoid opening the device by any means, I found that you can unlock the try by holding the "eject" button on the dvd's front panel. You can, of course, also block it the same way.

It doesn't matter if there's a disc inside the device or not.

My blu ray drive keeps ejecting all discs without reading them

How long have you had the device and DID you keep it clean every ten hours of playing time? If that answer is NO, then you're going to have to replace the drive.

Samsung HT-E3500 region-free

I have a new HT-E3500, and after 20 minutes I got the following to work.

The trick seemed to be not holding the repeat key too long.

I have a Region B/4, running 080604.01_050708-1_XSA code.

I used the R4 code from below.

1) Turn on the player with no disc in the tray
Wait till the unit is at the Samsung logo screen.
2) Open then close the tray, wait to see the No-Disc Message in the top Left Corner
3) Now press the REPEAT button on the remote, followed by a five digit code.
In this case Repeat 76884

Now it to me about 20 tries to get this to work, It needed to be done without delay.
So if you don't get it to work straight away don't loose heart.

4) When it works a 4 will appear in the top left corner

5) Press 9 to make it regionless.
6) Press Eject to OPEN to open the disc tray.
7) Press Eject to CLOSE to close the disc tray.

8) Power the unit off

9) Now power the unit on again, it should now read all regions of DVD Disc.

From other threads I got the follow list of region codes.

R1 - 29334
R2 - 57538
R3 - 56732
R4 - 76884
R5 - 53814
R6 - 24462

My samsung ht c350 wont eject, it says lock when i try to eject it

Found out how to solve this problem, as it has put a child lock on the device, try holding the Stop button on the remote for five seconds. This resets the device, then turn it back on and it will go through inital setup and then try oepning the tray.

Display reads OPEN LOCK when I try to open dvd tray.

Samsung Home Theater Systems have a Dealer Lock or Tray Lock Function that prevents the disc tray from being opened.
There are four procedures for turning off the Dealer Lock function. Try one, then the other, to see which works on your system.
Unlocking Procedure 1 To turn off the Dealer Lock function, follow these steps:
  1. Turn on your Home Theater System.
  2. Press the Stop button on the front panel and the Power button on the remote control simultaneously for four seconds.
Note: Repeating the two steps above turns the dealer lock on again.
Unlocking Procedure 2 To turn off the Dealer Lock function, follow these steps
  1. Turn on your Home Theater System.
  2. Press and hold the Function button on the front panel for 3 seconds. The display shows the word Unlock.
Note: Repeating the two steps above turns the dealer lock on again.
Unlocking Procedure 3 To turn off the Dealer Lock function, follow these steps
  1. Turn on your Home Theater System.
  2. Press and hold the Open/Close button on the DVD player on the front panel for more than 4 seconds.
Note: Repeating the two steps above turns Dealer Lock on again.
Unlocking Procedure 4 To turn off the Dealer Lock function, follow these steps
  1. Using the HTS remote press the Menu button + 712, and the HTS will display CAN OPEN.
The Dealer Lock feature is mainly used by retailers to ensure that the display discs are not removed. However, parents of young children may find this feature very useful as well.
