Greetings - I am having a hard time finding a service manual for the APEX AT2702. You mentioned that you need the table on page 47 of the service manual - where can I find a copy of that table? The image is too large for my tv, cutting off all vertical and horizontal edges by about an inch in all directions... any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
If you turn down the volume to zero then press mute on the remote plus menu on the tv and it will bring you to the service menu and you can change the zoom and the vertical and horizontal

Download both parts, delete the [1] in the part 2 and click on part 1 to access the Service Manual.
Pgs. 46-47 detail what you need to know.But to get into the Service Menu:
1) Turn Volume down to 002) Turn Mute on3) Press and Hold Mute button (on remote) and Menu button (on TV) for 3 Seconds and you will be in the Service menu. (You will see an (S) on top center of Screen)4) Press Power on the remote to exit

I think what was asked for was a different publication. The link above is for the user manual. What was sought was the service manual which includes the codes for adjusting items (such as screen size) on the service menu. That information is not in the instruction manual.
There is a link to the schematics section of the service manual in a variety of places. I have yet to find a link to the service menu section of the service manual that doesn't require payment.
