The owners manual will tell you what you need to do. Did you try to put the key in the drivers side door and lock and unlock it? If that doesn't work try doing the same thing to the passenger side door.
Put ear plugs in (ha!) and hook up battery enter car turn key to on and hit brake pedal, now start car should fix.

When the keyless entry system is used to lock the vehicle, a horn chirp may sound to notify the driver that the vehicle has been locked.
