For everything related to mobile phone, internet settings and software you need to call the phone service provider company, as settings are different depending on the company you have.
Your firmware is ANCIENT. If you have installed Nokia PC suite in your PC connect your (fully charged) phone and click on Software update. If don't have it, then go to Nokia web and download it. YOU NEED FIRMWARE UPDATE.

Step 1: The very first solution to your problem is to restore it locally by UNINSTALLING the WhatsApp Application on your device.
Step 2: REINSTALL it again.
Step 3: SIGN IN YOUR ACCOUNT in the newly installed application. Then, you will be prompted with a message that says, you are able to restore your backup after reinstalling the application on your device.
Step 4: All you need is to press RESTORE and your problem will be gone. But you need to keep in mind that the backup for your WhatsApp history is only valid for 7 days and after a week, it will be gone and you will not be able to locally solve the problem.
OPTION 2: Retrieving Deleted WhatsApp Messages by A Data Recovery Software
Step 1: CONNECT YOUR MOBILE TO YOUR COMPUTER WITH A USB CABLE Step 2: ENABLE USB DEBUGGING THROUGH SETTING UP YOUR MOBILE PHONE Step 3: Choose the mode according to the operating system. Like this: android 2.3 or earlier, enter SETTINGS and click APPLICATIONS then click DEVELOPMENT and tick USB DEBUGGING Step 4: Next step that you should take is: SCAN AND ANALYZE THE DATA ON YOUR MOBILE.
Step 5: Lastly, you have to TAKE A LOOK AND RECOVER FILES FROM WHATSAPP HISTORY.

Here is what you have to do.First, backup your phone.
1) Have a wifi connection ready i.e.the setting and password, username etc are set in your nokia C3. Make sure it is working before you do the next step. Remember that when I say wifi, it is not the connection provided by your default telco (for example, in Saudi Arabia, if you use STC, the wifi connection is not the STC, it can be the wifi from other source like KFC free wifi, starbuck or even your home wifi)
2) In Settings >> Configuration, delete all the Default config. settings. Make sure it is empty.
3) Now connect to the wifi. It should allow you to verify your number and start using the whatsapp like normal.
4) Restore backup, make sure only the configuration is installed. Not others. After that, you are free to choose either to stay connected to wifi in order to use the whatsapp or change back to the telco of your telephone. Good thing is that the whatsapp chat does not use the same protocol as the "verify your number" process of the whatsapp application. That means, you can use whatsapp like normal when you are away from the wifi we set in step (1).
The "Could not connect http error #50" problem occurs when you are not subscribed to the data plan of your telco. The default setting of WAP/3G cannot support the whatsapp verification process. It needs other data connection setting which is included only in the data plan package offered by the telco. The problem will occur again when you want to refresh your favorite list, and at the same time the default config setting from your telco are listed as "default" in Defaulf config. settings. If you cannot refresh your list, you need to repeart step (1) again. Be sure to backup your phone regularly. Make it as a habit. Good luck -Bean.
If you use wifi on the 2nd device, you should be able to simply download it from whatever source used (market place for Android, app store for Apple). It is possible to install it on both and use the same logins. What devices are they?
