I can't use both sims at one time. when simcards are in slot1 & slot2 i can see only "sim1 - operator name sim2- empty" but every simcard is works good single in slot1 or slot2. But again i see slot1 - operator name slot2 - empty even if slot1 is empty and simcard inserted in slot2. sorry for my bad English.

You will need to configure the cell to select both 1&2........on your cell (settings) choose both sims and you should be able to rename both sim cards

and even then only one sim will work at a time (yes you will get text and/or message on the other sim while using the other)

    thank you for the answer. but i can't configure sim2. the phone says sim2-empty and check-boxes in sim2 sub-menu is inactive.
    I tried to do full eeprom reset but after entering code *2767*3855# i see "Slave full reset" on the white screen and nothing more for a long long long time. after pressing the red button ---- main window.

First thing to do is to call your service provider to check if your phone is locked to their network. Alternativelyvensure the sim is rica'ed and wipe down the imsi the gold chip at the back of your simcard and test it again. Make changes under the option Line Switch in Sim1/Sim2 Settings (Whichever sim it is) in Call settings. If line 1 is the already selected option, make it line 2. if otherwise, do opposite.

do one think their is on option call diverting
so if you are talking on sim1 so set settings for sim1 call diverting to sim 2 number diverting
and if you are talking on sim2 so set call diverting if out of reach to sim1 number so
by this way you can come to know who is calling you when you are on another number

Dear Please find the answers below:
(a) Cell Phone Sim1 and Sim2 both reject calls made from residence Landline, but when calling from Sim1 and Sim2 to residence Landline, both calls go through. This is actually the problem of service provide I think as this some times happens with me as well, try other landline nos, if it works it is not the handset problem.
(b) To set Ringtones to Call Alert Sim1, tried: Menu - Settings - Phone Profiles - Normal - Voice Edit . The screen does not change on pressing Voice Call Ringtones. Spent countless hours trying to set Ringtones for incoming calls of Sim1 & Sim2, Messages alert for Sim1 & Sim2, but did not succeed You have to do as follows: Menu - Settings - Phone Profiles - Normal - Edit - Voice Call Ringtone - Music - Card / Phone and chose your required Ring tone.
(c) Could not clear multiple Icons overlapping each other on main screen. You have to tap on the Screen the Widgets will come on left side. Put your finger on the Icon - Icon will increase in Size - now without picking the finger from Screen just drag the icons on the Left Widget Slider bar, it will go on it.

you should register the IMEI no. of the sim slot2 with the service provider of your second sim. for example if its an airtel sim, call the customer care and they will tell u when and where to register your IMEI num. probably this should solve your problem.

SIM2 locked after two weeks
put sim card back into #2..switch sim #2 by itself...now call the Lebera carrier from a land phone (the tech will help you reset the lebara sim card)..once you are back on with lebara switch back to dual sim.........

Change of the SIM Places that you inserted !
Insert your working SIM1 to phone SIM2 SLOT Insert your not working SIM2 to phone SIM1 SLOT

Solution :
  • If your SIM2 that you inserted into SIM1 SLOT remain not working !
  1. Your sim card is defected or Phone does not support this sim card!


  • If your SIM1 that you inserted into SIM2 SLOT is not working
  1. There is a problem with phone's SIM2 SLOT

Phone reads second sim invalid
Go to Settings/Dual SIM settings and choose Dual SIM open. Perhaps this is the problem.
