Whirlpool Washer Model LSL9244EQO

I have a whirlpool Ultimate Care Heavy Duty Super Capacity Plus washing machine, model LSL9244EQO. The water was trickling in when I would first turn the machine on, but now it has stopped pouring into the machine all together. Can you help me solve this problem?

Shut off water remove rear hoses pull screen from inside opening and clean ..BE SURE TO REINSTALL SCREENS..if still slow or stopped altogether replace fill valve..remove rear screws in console lift and roll console back unplug lid switch pop the clips on each corner up and off cabinet will lift off valve is top right side

The motor coupler may be broken. Many Whirlpool®-manufactured washers use a small, relatively inexpensive motor coupling. It's plastic and rubber and is mounted to the shaft of the motor on one side, and to the transmission on the other. Over time, the coupler wears out and fails. You may need to replace it.

Hello mcc... It is possible with temperatures that low to have a water filled component freeze and crack. In order to determine if that is the case, go to searspartsdirect.com and enter your model number.

This will provide you with free schematics of all of the components of your machine. This way you will know what you are looking at when you pull the machine out from the wall, and inspect it. Joe

Find serial and model number
Normally on top load machines open the lid and look toward the back hinge area inside the lid. It is usually on the back there. It may also be posted on a white sticker on the back of the machine.

Ultimate care supreme leaks underneath
First check the hoses to the machine. If they leak the water follows the hoses and drips on floor. Also check the hose connection at the washer. They will leak inside. Next it may well be a water pump going out or the plastic hose that is under pressure when operating. The pump is in the middle of machine underneth - Sorry - Good luck
