MY COMPUTER HAD A VIRUS AND THE GUY DELETE THE INFORMATION AND REINSTALL EVERYTHING AGAIN, BUT I LOST THE DISC FOR INSTALL MY MFC 465MC, CAN YOU HELP ME?

reinstall from cd if a purchased version. if downloaded redownload , if its a paid version. call them up and tell them what happened they should give you a new key to install with.

what is the security program you have installed
it should have a scan section that you can order up a deep scan ( can take up to 6 hours ) that will isolate all malicious programs and allow you to delete or fix problems
if you have a good back up of all of your files and folders , reformat the hard drive as everything is on the hard drive
time to up grade to win 7 anyway as there are security fixes that are no longer suitable for the win xp os
microsoft stopped supporting win xp around 2 years ago so if you have been relying on win security it is well out of date

instead of using the disc you can set up the router manually.
is there any other computer which is able to go online using this router ?

Download and install http://www.malwarebytes.org/. Is completely free application and is one of the best out right now. Install that application the reboot your computer in safemode. Run the scan in safemode. After the scan is complete it will most likely get rid of the virus. It is about 98% effect here at our IT-Shop

go to brother.com and down load the drivers or contact a local brother service center and see if they will sell you a copy of the drivers

Go to www.brother.com, find your model, and download the VISTA driver from the BROTHER SOLUTION CENTER website.

Go to the link that I have below, on that page (The logitech support page) you will see many pictures of their different cameras. Look until you find the picture of yours if it is there, and click on it.

You can try searching the web for the driver for that machine or call Brother directly at 1-800-284-4357 and order another cd

Check your pc for compatability to the unit and its software. Check you have no other old printer settings left on pc (causing conflict) check your pc memory is not causing issues, or your operating system is compatable. Sometimes software and pc's can just be pigheaded and stubborn (i realise they are not human but it sure feels like it sometimes)You need to completely uninstall all traces of the printer drivers before reinstalling. Go to computer, local disk, programs, and see if there is an icon or folder for your program. If so, delete it. Do a search too and type in your printer (make sure disc is not in drive) and delete any settings it finds. Now try reinstalling it again.
