The phone does not switch on.. when I press the not switch on.. when I press the power button, the Nokia logo shows with a small vibration as usual but then the screen starts blinking white a few times before switching off....your phone got deads its happens ...

reformat your phone, press; *3call button, long press at the same time, then switch on of until you will see select country, three button s must press in same time.

First download and install Pheonix. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link X3 file and install it to C / programme files/pheonix..after finished this installation open pheonix Inside the interface at the> left top <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e"which is written in the back banel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there when you click there you'll see three icon just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface.Look at the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Botton and choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone.e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found just take one.After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box.Now this is the last stage... Connect your phone with the USB to your PC and let the driver install ...wait for a moment.(If your phone working).Lastly after just finished (In case your phone is Dead,unable to switch on in normal mode start from here) Connect the phone to pc without powering...insert good battery and Click the "Referbish" after this, a message will prompt you "press power botton" press it and wait untill the phone will Restart automaticlly in normal mode 10-15 minutes.If you cannot understand just make a Reply thanks for visiting fixya.Good luck

You need to update the firmware.....Today i can't help you so please go to your nearest mobile repairing shop and tell them to flash it.Sorry next I can help you

follow these steps:
1) remove the back case 2) press the power on button 3) remove the battery (button still pressed) 4) insert the battery (button still pressed)
repeat 2-3 times, this will solve the issue...

Just follow the steps
Make a backup of contacts in your another Sim.
Switch-off your phone.
1. Press and hold there keys at a time;

Green dial key,
* Star key,
No. 3 key
Then Power on/off to switch on the phone.
All switch will be pressed at a time.


.Soon an formatting text, will appear ,then stop pressing those switch, remember. 2. After a few minutes when the Full

phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory setting.

your phone got deads its happens many times when firmware is not properly updated,try to update your phone firmware but be care or send it to nokia centre

2. Press and hold [Green] + [Red] + [Camera] Keys
3. Turn phone ON, and keep pressing it until you see the Nokia Shaking Hands Logo.

The phone will be factory reset. If asked, default code is 12345. My phone did not ask- only the normal SIM PIN.
