Avoid account & password recovery services

Are you trying to create a new account or login to an account you already have? If you are trying to create an account, then the problem is probably that you already have a facebook account witht that email address. Try using a differernt email address. You can get on free at Yahoo or Gmail. If you are trying to login to an account you already have then the problem is probably that you are using the wrong password. Try clicking "Forgot your password?" below the password box on the main facebook page.

Try using the username as "administrator" or "owner" & leave the password field blank....then go to user accounts in control panel & create a new account & restart system & login to the new account & delete the old account
