I cant play songs that i synced into my mp3 player but i can play them on my windows player

try accessing the mp3 player through "My Computer" and creating a folder named "MUSIC" then just drag and drop whatever music you want directly onto the device.

I went to the format thing on my device and then erased all my songs i draged the ones i want to keep onto the desktop and downloaded more to my desktop now when i sync them on it says its downloading em...

All you have to do to access the files and listen to them, assuming they worked before is access the menu, then select browse all music, you will find your music files there, happens to me. To see your files on the play list section of the mp3 player, Open my computer > Go to your mp3 player > Select the music files > Right click and click add to play list.

1. Firmware [for your player]
Get a download from the support site and install:
this will put maps onto the device. Communication with the software
on the computer is available after getting the next item (2.) is done.

2. Application software [for the computer]
2.1 Creative Centrale (+ User Guide) is usefull to get songs on your Mozaic.
2.2 Windows Media Player 11 can be used as well. Note: You'll first have to make a playlist: Save the playlist: Next Synchronize it onto
the Zen.

3. Drag and drop
Once firmware is installed you can also use the drag and drop method. Move music, pictures, video inside maps on the computer into the corresponding map onto the player.

Don't hesitate to post a comment
when this will not get your Zen to play.

I HAVE DOWNLOAD MUSIC TO MP3 BUT I CANT GET ON

If you mean you can't put the MP3 files you downloaded onto the player, then you simply need to plug the player into a USB port on your computer -- either directly into the port (for some player models) or via an extension cable.
Once you've done so, the computer will "recognize" the player as a new disk drive, and assign a drive letter to it. Your computer will normally inform you via a pop-up, that it found new hardware.

Now just use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the mp3 files onto the new drive. This loads the files onto the player. Once the transfer is complete you can unplug the player, and it's ready to go.

I have an GPX MW1388 MP3 audio player I cant get it to take music

This player will only recognize certain file types, and certain WMA files have restrictions that will allow you to play the song on your computer, but will not allow you to transfer it to an mp3 player. Your best bet is to get a music service that will only give you songs in mp3 format - it will give you fewer headaches. Once you have downloaded the songs onto your computer, you can use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs to your GPX. The full user's manual is available from GPX's website. Good luck!
