I have lg flatron l1730s lcd black color monitor. I have problem with this. Power not come. some time when i connect it power LED blinking once then no display.

press menu button it is in middele of lcd.
Ten go to setigns and u can fine reset buton press ok.

You're monitor is probably broken and I'm afraid it has to be replaced.

1. Solder the neck board dry points (cromo IC )

2. display cable connector.

check your powersaving options in windows>control panel>power options

there is a bunch of options in there that could make your monitor go into power saving mode.
also check your video card options and menu of the monitor itself all could possibly contain a sort of powersafe option.

most likely indicated with amount of minutes untill... either power off screen blank or screen saver.

It sounds like your Backlight Fluorescent Bulb is burnrd out.
