If you have visited the Toshiba website and downloaded and installed the latest drivers from there, then I would suggest that the on board Audio controller is defective and should be replaced. Check your guarantee and see if it can be returned to dealer/maker for repair.
Under sounds no audio is installed, scan for hardware changes, still no luck try this: Try a "Cold-Start",Remove all media, DVD, CD, USB..etc., Remove AC plug, Remove Battery, Hold down on/off button for 10 seconds, Replace battery, Plug into AC outlet,Push on/off button and Start normally. Check device manager for audio, scan for hardware changes. reconnect to tv.

Well it is possible that the audio driver installed is not the one compatible with you computer board. Try downloading the specific driver needed for your computer's official website. This should solve your problem.
You can do this by using the drivers disc that

You don't need a driver for the speakers, but a driver for the sound card installed inside your computer. If the computer came with that sound card then you can find the proper driver from the manyfacturer website -> Support section.
