OPTION 1
If you fail to unlock with pattern 5 times, you may be prompted for a backup PIN (hopefully you know that) or a "Forgot Pattern" button will appear. The forgot pattern button will ask for your google email & password; follow the prompts to gain access to your phone & create a new pattern.
OPTION 3
Failing the above, you may have to do a factory reset. You'll lose any data/apps/accounts on your phone, but at least you can use it again. This method is detailed in method 2 here: How to Reset Your Android Phone
Put all these files in one folder and when windows ask for the drivers, select the option to manually serach for the drivers. And point the search to the folder where you saved these files and it should fix the problem. If this does'nt work, please let me know.
