Good luck to you..
Hi,
first,
turn of the phone, remove the back cover in order go gain access to the
battery. Remove the battery and Sin card (if any).
Get a phone
screw driver or any screw driver that can fit into the screws of the
phone. Unscrew every visible screws you see on the phone.
After
removing all the screws, use a flat small screw driver to pry the phone
house/case from the side. Note that you might need to apply some force
to be able to successfully remove the front housing/case. But don't
apply too much force, let everything you do be with care.
Good luck.

you can contact the mobile service provider.............
1 - Switch ON your Motorola Karma QA1 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
2 - Phone will display "Enter Special Code",
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code.
NOT ACCEPTED: We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Motorola Karma QA1 is locked to.
WARNING: If one of theses messages appear :
- "Contact Service Provider"
- "Tampert Alter"
- "Wait before enter special Code"
- "Contact Service'
It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola Karma QA1 ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!

Have you ever seen a Karma? I ask because there are not visible screws in the back of the phone except for the two on the slider portion that wouldn't require removing the battery or the sim card. If you have no idea about disassembling this please let me know and I'll ask someone else. Thank you.
I need help on how to disassemble a motorola Karma phone. There are no visible screws in the battery case or under the sim card and only two screws that require a torx screwdriver on the slider portion of the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Okay, I'm an idiot. The screws are there. Just not under the battery or the sim card. There are six very small screws around the edge of the Karma case. They require a T4 or T5 torx screw driver to remove. Once you've loosened those screws the case can be pried apart. The final step is to remove the ribbon cable connection that goes to the keypad and I'm still working on that.
Exactly the information I was looking for. Thank you. Of course I had figured it out by this time, but nice to know the information was there. I appreciate your efforts.
