Hi I just dropped my slvr and though it will take and make calles, I cannot see any information including my stored numbers. Can I restore the screen?? Can I do a master rest? If so, can you tell me the steps so I can perform the task 'blind' as it were

To do a master reset blind press the red button a few times to make sure you are at the home screen. now press the center button once, press 8 then 5 press up twice then the center button once now enter your 6 digit security code and then press the center button twice. that should do a master reset on your phone. If that doesn't work then your screen is destroyed. If you don't want to spent money on a new phone you can always use the voice dialing button on the right side of the phone located right under the charging terminal. press it once then give a command (EX. "Call Joe smith") the phone should confirm the command, then say yes or no

The only problem I have is that I no idea what my security number is!! I didn't anticipate that I would need it. And if I need the papers that came with it - then I am screwed because like most other people, I tossed it when I bought the phone!! Silly me. But thanks!!
